Return Process

  Contact our customer experience team within 14 days of delivery via our online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure all items are disassembled and securely repacked in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Our specialized two-man delivery partners will contact you to arrange a convenient time slot to collect the furniture directly from your room of choice.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once the items arrive at our distribution center and pass quality inspection, we will process your full refund, minus any applicable collection fees, within 5-10 business days.
